Members
This season is a little different with members unable to walk up to the gate and scan in using their membership.
Members need to pre redeem a free ticket to enter the ground. Tickets can be redeemed up until game day unless sold out prior.
If you haven’t yet redeemed your ticket, do so now HERE using your unique code (found in the Member Hub).
Fans
Tickets need to be pre purchased online from Ticketmaster. If you haven’t yet purchased, buy online HERE. Tickets from just $27.
Mobile ticketing
All tickets for 2021 are mobile. Save your mobile ticket to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay app and charge your phone before the game to ensure smooth entry. There will be plenty of Ticketmaster staff at the gates to help anyone having difficulties accessing their tickets.
Membership
With restrictions still in place, members game day will be a little different this year. We can’t wait to return to normal, and we will, but for now we need to abide by Government rules to ensure we can continue to have fans attend games. We appreciate your understanding.
Member hub (Outside Gate 5)
To reduce large groups of people gathering, the member hub will not be open this weekend. There will be plenty of staff nearby to help with all your enquiries, including Marvel Stadium/Ticketmaster staff located at the gates to help with any issues.
The Membership Services phone line (1300 526 427) will be operating on game day from 10am. If you’re really stuck give us a call and the team can talk you through it over the phone.
The member hub will be back as soon as restrictions allow.
Member choice collection
For the first part of the season, we are unable to offer member choice collections. Our number one priority is to keep our members safe when attending the footy and our Covid safe plan doesn’t allow for large gathering of people in a confined space. However, there are other ways to collect your member choice items:
- Collect from the Roo Shop at Arden Street (Monday – Friday 9am-4pm)
- Redeem your Roo Shop voucher digitally and receive via email
- Select a scarf and we’ll send it out – you’ll only need to pay postage.
Or you can hold off for now - we are hoping to offer game day collections later this season pending restrictions.
Member function rooms
Social Club – Victory Room Level 1
The social club is a much-loved space and while it will be back, for the foreseeable future it will not be in operation. With the stadium split up into zones, only those in the same zone as the Victory Room would be able to attend. As these bays are not North Melbourne member seating, members would have been unable to leave their zone to attend the function room.
As soon as restrictions allow, the Social Club will be back and better than ever.
Premiership Club – Parker Room Level 2
The zones at Marvel Stadium allow us to open the Premiership Club for Round 1. Members with a Level 2 ticket, between aisles 25 and 47 will be able to enter the Premiership Club room.
Please note that members will need to enter and exit the room via the Gate 6 entry point only. Members will not be able to access the seating bowl via the Premiership Club function room. You will need to exit the room via the Gate 6 entry and go down a level using the stairs or lift to enter the seating bowl.
Capacity limits will apply so we recommend getting in early. Food and beverage options will be available in the room.
Member Code of Conduct
While barracking and supporting the club is a vital part of the game, offensive or aggressive behaviour (including yelling and swearing when dealing with club staff, agents or AFL or other event staff) will not be tolerated.
Club members who consume alcohol on a match day are to do so responsibly. Drunkenness will not be tolerated.
Club members who breach the behaviour code of conduct may face penalties including cancellation of membership without refund. The club endorses the AFL's stance on vilification and has a zero-tolerance for members or supporters that abuse the opposition, opposition supporters, or umpires on grounds of race, religion, gender and sexuality.
Merchandise
The Roo Shop will be set up outside Gate 5 at the North Melbourne Club Hub from 11am and open inside Gate 5 and Gate 7 from 11.30am.
Social distancing of 1.5m must be adhered to whilst patrons are queuing.
The club hubs have a maximum capacity of 15 people at any given time
To improve social distancing measures, virtual queuing has been set up at our merchandise outlets. Simply scan the QR code, enter your details and you will receive a text message when we can serve you. Our friendly Roo Shop staff will be on hand to help through this process.
Why not click and collect? Purchase online anytime from now and collect from the Roo Shop outside Gate 5 at Half time or after the game. Items available for Click and collect can be found HERE.
