The North Melbourne Academy continues to push the boundaries to provide opportunities for our participants. Our dynamic multi-modular education system delves into key pillars such as cultural diversity, leadership, career development, and holistic health and well-being. By equipping our squads with these essential life skills, we empower them to excel not only as athletes but as leaders in their communities and beyond.
The Academy is built on four core age-specific programs which engage athletes from our designated Next Generation Academy (NGA) zones, as well as offering opportunities for non-NGA* eligible players.
