The North Melbourne Academy continues to push the boundaries to provide opportunities for our participants. Our dynamic multi-modular education system delves into key pillars such as cultural diversity, leadership, career development, and holistic health and well-being. By equipping our squads with these essential life skills, we empower them to excel not only as athletes but as leaders in their communities and beyond.​

The Academy is built on four core age-specific programs which engage athletes from our designated Next Generation Academy (NGA) zones.​
