Vikki Wall and Niamh Martin are the latest players to recommit to the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos.
Wall has signed a new three-year deal to remain at the Kangaroos until at least the end of 2027, while Martin has signed on for two more years, tying her to the club until at least the end of 2026.
A highly credentialed Gaelic player, Wall arrived at Arden Street in the second half of 2022 off the back of consecutive Player of the Year Awards at Meath and an All-Ireland Championship win in 2021.
The 26-year-old played all 13 games in her debut AFLW campaign, before sitting out the 2023 season to chase her Olympic dream with Ireland’s women's rugby sevens program.
Wall returned to the Kangaroos for the 2024 season, playing a further 14 games and a key role in the side’s history-making premiership win.
Hailing from Tipperary, Martin joined the Kangaroos ahead of the 2023 season.
The 23-year-old has since played 16 games in the royal blue and white, including nine in 2024.
North Melbourne AFLW list manager Flynn Loft said the club looked forward to where both players could take their game.
"Vikki’s return brought a different look to our forward line last year with her speed and physicality, and we can’t wait to see what she can do with a full pre-season under her belt this year," Loft said.
"Niamh made some great strides in her development in her second AFLW season last year.
"Her speed and ability to take the game forward are standouts in her game, and we’re excited to watch her continue to develop as a player."
Wall and Martin join teammates Emma King, Kate Shierlaw and Nicole Bresnehan, who also recommitted to club over the past fortnight.
