The eight-year-old made headlines after penning a heartfelt letter to Swallow and the club a few weeks back, following news of the captain’s season-ending achilles injury. In order to say thanks, Swallow headed to Werribee and offered Jordan the opportunity to run out with the team against the Hawks on Saturday.
During class, Jordan was left stunned when his hero Swallow walked through the door unannounced.
However, the tables were quickly turned and it was Swallow who was left speechless when Jordan gave a shock response to the question, ‘Why do you support North Melbourne?’
“I couldn’t believe what he said,” Swallow commented.
“I was in shock I think and I had to make sure he actually said what he said. It was priceless, and a little bit naughty.”
It’s an answer you have to see to believe, but be warned, little Jordan uses some unsavory language and may have his mouth washed out with some soap as a result.
