I have a reserved seat membership. Do I need to upgrade to a reserved seat for this match?
Members with a Premiership Club, Schimma Platinum Club, Archer’s Legends Club, Premium Level 1 or North End reserved seat will not need to upgrade to an allocated seat as a seat is already allocated with your membership.
I have a North End GA Bay membership. How do I upgrade to a reserved seat?
As a North End GA Bay member, please contact Membership Services from 9am on Monday 24 February on 1300 KANGAS (1300 526 427) to reserve your seat in the North End GA Bay. Tickets in this bay are free of charge and will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Guest passes will not be available and tickets are subject to capacity.
I am a Cheer Squad member. How do I access the Cheer Squad bay?
As a Cheer Squad member, you can collect a reserved seat ticket into the Cheer Squad bay on the night of the match. Representatives from the Cheer Squad will be located in the collection marquee at Gate 7. Tickets in this bay will be available on a first come, first serve basis and are subject to capacity.
I want to sit with other general admission members and/or non-members. How do I ensure that we are all sitting together?
In order to sit with other general admission members and/or non-members you will be required to upgrade to an allocated daily reserved seat and purchase any additional tickets in the same transaction through Ticketmaster. All member barcode numbers will be required at the time of booking.
How do I request wheelchair accessible seating?
