One of the great aerial players in the competition, Randall has made a habit of playing the game in the air. That being said, her booming kick and ferocity in the tackle make her a nightmare for opposition players to come up against anywhere on the field.

A defender turned forward, Randall possesses all the attributes to be a success at either end of the ground, and her work ethic and desire to put in for the team make her an important displayer of many of the club’s Shinboner values.

2023: The arrival of star key forward Kate Shierlaw didn’t diminish Randall's output inside attacking 50, with the no.16 booting her highest goal tally in an AFLW campaign (21).

Five of those came against the Dockers in Round 6 as Randall utilised her speed, strength, and smarts to propel the Roos to a massive win out west.

She also played a crucial role in helping the Roos reach their maiden Grand Final, kicking three goals in the qualifying final and two in the preliminary final.
