Three North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos have been selected for the Round 9 AFLW Team of the Week, including a first-timer and a seven-timer.

Sarah Wright (defence), Jasmine Garner (midfield) and Tahlia Randall (forward) were all picked for this week's side.

It's the seventh feature out of a possible nine for Garner who starred again for the Roos, collecting 27 disposals, five clearances, two goal assists and a goal against her former side Collingwood last Saturday.

A career-high 13 intercepts for Wright saw her land a spot in defence for the first time this season.

Considered as one of the more underrated players on North Melbourne's list from a wider League standpoint, Wright has been ultra-consistent in Season 7 and continues to play a leading role in the Roos' backline.

Down the other end, Randall was an impactful presence as usual, kicking two goals and clunking five contested marks to record her first selection since Round 1.
