North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos key forward Tahlia Randall has been nominated for the AFLW Mark of the Year following the Round 6 clash with Sydney.

Randall, who won the award last season, rose amongst three Swans defenders during the fourth quarter on Sunday to rein in a marvellous grab off the boot of Kim Rennie.

Despite not converting the subsequent set shot attempt, Randall finished with three goals for the second time this season while also booting three behinds for the match.

Randall has kicked seven goals throughout the campaign so far and has impressed each week with her physicality around the contest.

The Kangaroos ran out 66-point winners over Sydney and will host the league-leading Lions this Saturday in Round 7 action.
