With this weekend’s Good Friday clash meaning far more than just football, North Melbourne coach David Noble has highlighted a new initiative the playing and coaching staff are undertaking for the Good Friday Appeal.

Noble says the North staff are keen to help raise funds for such a worthy cause in any way they can.

“The coaches and players have come up with an idea to help support the cause on Friday. And for any member that signs up before the game, collectively the coaches and players will donate $50 towards the Good Friday Appeal,” Noble told the media.

“We think the cause is certainly beyond just what we are … and we think our ability to contribute is significant, so that’s our pledge.”
