The Huddle’s Game Changers program is set to provide the perfect stepping stone to employment, as the Victorian Minister for Employment, Jaala Pulford MP, announced the creation of 800 entry-level jobs in the Victorian Public Sector on Tuesday.
The program offers support to 15-25-year-olds in resume writing, interview practice and online application support, among others.
The Victorian Government, Youth Employment Program will provide youth with the opportunity to kickstart careers and develop skills for the future, through a collaboration with the Community and Public Sector Union (CPSU).
Victorians aged between 17 and 29 will be eligible for six to 12-month jobs in the public service, to give them a foot in the door and on-the-job experience and training.
Game Changers runs virtually every Thursday, from 4-6pm.

Since COVID-19 restrictions have been enforced, The Huddle cannot continue to deliver programs to young people in person, effecting sports and recreation programs, education programs and career programs. The Huddle has responded quickly to move support networks online, but we need your help to continue our response to local families and young people.
