In The Mix: Round 6
Despite losing to Hawthorn, the majority of North’s players carried out their roles extremely well.
Have your say on any potential changes in the comments below.
Lachlan Hansen
A late withdrawal from the side to face Hawthorn due to a slight knee injury, Hansen will be one of the first considered for a recall provided he has recovered well enough.
Hansen's career high of five goals came against Port Adelaide in 2011, so it is a side he enjoys playing against.
Jordie Gysberts
The former Demon has worked his way into solid form for Werribee and collected 24 possessions on Saturday against Sandringham.
Gysberts can play anywhere through the middle and given Port Adelaide's versatility through the same area, it could be a useful attribute this Saturday.
Kieran Harper
Although Harper hasn't completely found his groove back at Werribee, he showed glimpses of what he is capable of on Saturday.
Harper doesn't need to collect a large number of possessions to change a game and his skill set may prove handy if given an opportunity.
Levi Greenwood
Port Adelaide's midfield has been firing on all cylinders so far in 2013. With the likes of Hamish Hartlett, Travis Boak and Brad Ebert all proving tough to contain, an extra tagger may be needed.
Greenwood, in solid form in the VFL, could double up with Taylor Hine to restrict the Power's run and carry.
Will Sierakowski
Perpetually 'in the mix', Sierakowski has been a non-playing emergency on multiple occasions in 2013, indicating he is extremely close to a senior debut.
Blundstone Arena is one of the longest grounds in the competition, making the ability to break the lines with long kicking crucial. It also happens to be arguably Sierakowski's best attribute.
Ben Jacobs only played a half for North Ballarat on Saturday after receiving a knock, while Brad McKenzie was quiet with just 10 possessions.
