AFL.com.au says: Boasting good size for a midfielder at 188cm, Fordham played 20 matches for the Sandringham Dragons in this year's TAC Cup. Averaging a healthy 20 disposals, the 18-year-old also added six marks, three inside 50s and three tackles per game. Blessed with pace and good evasive skills, he is an excellent kick and has shown talent at either end of the ground.
Bryce Lewis says: Fordham played 20 games with the Sandringham Dragons this year as a running midfielder at 189cm.
He’s very strong aerobically and likes to run and carry, breaking the lines. He’s a late developer – if he hadn’t have been picked, he most likely would have played back at the Dragons next year as a 19 year old.
Given we’d brought in a few talls through the National Draft, the opportunity to get some run and carry in was appealing for us.
