The comeback of Ben Jacobs continues, with the midfielder selected to play in the VFL seniors on Saturday afternoon.

After successfully completing a full game in the development league last Sunday, Jacobs has taken a step up, and will return to familiar surroundings at Eureka Stadium.

Jacobs, along with Sam Durdin and Braydon Preuss, spent time at North Ballarat when the Kangaroos had a dual VFL alignment.

Saturday will be the first time any North players have returned to the Roosters’ home ground since the alignment ended after the 2015 season.

While at least one of the listed Kangaroos will be held over for the AFL clash on Sunday, it still looms as a strong contingent heading up to take on North Ballarat.  

Daniel Nielson, Matt Taylor, Durdin and Jacobs are all inclusions into the Werribee side as it shoots for a fourth straight victory.
