This week could see one of the most intriguing selection dilemmas in a long time.
With a match against the reigning premiers on the menu this Saturday night, there are a number of quality players potentially available after a return from injury. But will they come straight back into the side?
Have your say on any potential changes in the comments section below.
Defenders
Last Sunday, Geelong kicked its lowest score against North in nine years. Based off that and the superb performance of the Kangaroos’ defenders, it would be tough to suggest many changes.
However, currently on the outside looking in is the trio of Lachlan Hansen, Jamie Macmillan and Luke McDonald, all best 22 players in their own right. Hansen made his comeback for Werribee in the VFL on Sunday and moved well, even if his touch was admittedly rusty in wet conditions.

Meanwhile both Macmillan and McDonald were late withdrawals from the Geelong game due to Achilles and leg soreness respectively. The two are both important to the setup of North’s back half when fit and firing, but the quality form of those currently in the side may make for a tough selection meeting before teams are named on Thursday.

Midfielders
Daniel Wells has missed the last two matches after being substituted at half-time of the Round 2 victory over Brisbane, and could put his hand up for a recall this week.
Forwards
With the Hawthorn defence missing James Frawley and Brian Lake, North’s key forward structure could be the crucial point of Saturday night's game.
In the corresponding match last year, Drew Petrie, Ben Brown and Aaron Black combined for 10 of the Roos' 16 goals en route to a 20-point victory.
Black has received praise in recent weeks from senior development coach Gavin Brown for his work-rate at North Ballarat as he rounds into form after an interrupted off-season.
