Footy Prophet will be NMFC.com.au's AFL Fantasy gurus for 2014. You can follow the team on Twitter and Facebook.

Andrew Swallow has jumped onto the fantasy radar of every fantasy coach in the country after he led North Melbourne to a 38-point victory over the West Coast Eagles on Sunday night.

The West Australian racked up his first 100+ score for the year against the Eagles, in just his third game back from the achilles injury that cut short his 2013 campaign.

21 disposals, 9 tackles and a goal was enough to bring Swallow up to a grand total of 102 points for the evening, after recording some low scores against Brisbane and Geelong in recent weeks.

In AFL Fantasy Classic, Swallow had dropped down to the low price of $439,402, more than $70,000 cheaper than his starting price. We know what he can produce, and he looks ready to resume normal production.

We said a few weeks ago that we’d let you know when it was time to buy in on Swallow. Well, now is the time.

The skipper was just one of seven North Melbourne players to hit the 100+ mark though, with the likes of Ben Cunnington, Nick Dal Santo, Ryan Bastinac, Leigh Adams and Sam Gibson doing the same.

Levi Greenwood added another chapter to the success story that this season has been for him, keeping Luke Shuey quiet and gathering 33 disposals of his own on the way to a team-high fantasy score of 133.

Brent Harvey kept his vintage form running despite copping a heavy tag from Scott Selwood, especially in the early stages of the game.

It’s almost unfair to call this vintage form for Boomer, because it’s almost as if he’s found a new level – his current fantasy average of 101 points per game is far and away this highest of his career.

A Footy Prophet favourite, Luke McDonald had a neat fantasy game too with 20 disposals leading to 81 points, and he showed some of the courage that has made him an instant success at AFL level.

Liam Anthony also caught our eye in his cameo role as the sub – he had just five touches and a goal in his brief appearance, but it looked good, with 27 fantasy points coming off a single quarter.

Anthony’s spot in the best team is not assured, especially with Daniel Wells looking to re-join the squad over the next couple of weeks.

However, we know from experience that Anthony can rack up fantasy points, and at just $200,487 he’s worth thinking about for AFL Fantasy Classic.

Around the Grounds

It was a good week for the Swallow family all around with little brother David starring for the Suns despite a loss.

Between them the Swallow brothers had 57 disposals and kicked three goals on Sunday – not a bad effort at all.

The news was less impressive for Gary Ablett however who for the second week in a row failed to score 100 or better. He’s still averaging 116 points per game for the year, but is beginning to lose some credibility as a reliable captain option.

Of course, if you’re looking for a reliable fantasy captain, go no further than Brisbane’s Tom Rockliff. The former rookie-listed player led the Lions by example to an upset win on Saturday and collected 153 points on his way. From eight games this year, he has five of 133 points or more. Lock him in.
