Up to 13 Kangaroos will feature in the VFL on Saturday, looking to put their best foot forward in the last match before the mid-season bye.
Werribee’s next stop is in Beaconsfield, facing Richmond at Holm Park Recreation Reserve.
The Tigers have won their last four matches and currently sit a game ahead of Richmond on the ladder.
A fifth consecutive win could see them inside the top four heading into the bye.
Josh Williams, boosted by being named as an AFL emergency for the first time, will have another chance to show his electric pace which has caught the eye in previous weeks.
Nick Larkey returns to action after a week off to resume his forward pairing with Majak Daw, with Braydon Preuss also set to have stints close to goal when he’s not in the ruck.
At the other end of the ground, there will be a handful of AFL-listed players for Sam Durdin and Daniel Nielson to match up against.
Todd Elton, Ben Lennon and Mabior Chol have all been named in Richmond’s forward six.
