Richmond is sweating on the availability of Trent Cotchin, Shaun Grigg and Dion Prestia ahead of Sunday's match.
Cotchin hurt his knee against Collingwood in Round 6 and missed last week's clash against Fremantle.
“Trent’s a probable for this week,” Tigers' Physical Performance Manager Peter Burge told the club's website.
“Out of the Collingwood game, he hurt his knee ... he actually improved quite quickly during the week.
“Hopefully he resumes training this week, and we’ll see how he goes.”
Grigg experienced hamstring soreness in Round 6 and was rested as a result.
“‘Grigga’ cramped up in his hamstring and he was generally sore through the week,” Burge said.
“We just took the safe option and gave him a break. Whether he comes into the side this week or not, I’m not too sure. We’ll assess him later in the week.”
Prestia is considered doubtful after sitting out the end of the game against Fremantle.
“Dion’s got a very low-grade soleus pathology, as we call it medically,” Burge added.
“His first half (v Fremantle), and the amount of running he did, was extraordinary. Just after half-time, he noticed he was a little bit sore.
“With Dion’s body, and his previous history, we just took the safer option with him as well. We’re just going to assess his progress during the week and we’ll make a call on his availability later in the week.”
