The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos will have their first official practice match this weekend.

In anticipation of the season proper, the Roos’ AFLW side will run out onto Casey Fields, facing Melbourne at the suburban ground on Saturday morning.

Fans are invited to attend the match, which serves as an opportunity for Victorian-based supporters to see the entire squad in action, with a host of familiar faces expected to play.

North’s foray into the expanded AFLW competition begins on February 3, hosting Carlton at North Hobart Oval.
