The future of Tasmanian footy on show; over 200 kids joining in North’s Next Generation Academy Gala Day sessions throughout the state on Sunday.
Skill development and match play were the main focuses for the 11 and 12-year-old hopefuls at Ulverstone Recreation Ground in North West Tasmania, Windsor Park in the North and North Hobart Oval in the South.
The entire Roos’ list was on hand across Tasmania, providing plenty of tips and tricks for the youngsters along the way.
The Gala Day was part of the Roos’ annual Community Camp, in which players and coaches will head to schools, attend local clubs’ training sessions, visit hospitals and hold footy clinics across Tasmania.
