23 possessions, 7 inside 50’s and 4 goals; not bad for a player who’s just turned 35.

Brent Harvey is showing no signs of slowing down, and after a great performance in game 350 he’s been tipped by some to push towards the magical 400 barrier.

Former team-mate Brady Rawlings says he’s still got plenty of good football in him.

"When you look at other players in their 30’s, you start to see a few things drop off, pace is normally the main one, but with Boomer, he's still got that speed," Rawlings told The Herald Sun’s Eliza Sewell.

"While he's still got it and the ability to run and carry the ball, we all know what he can do when he's got the ball in his hands in terms of delivery, it makes us a better team.

As has been a trademark throughout his career, Harvey’s dash was a feature during Sunday’s game, capped with a stunning four bounce run and goal in the second term.

Late in the last quarter, he almost topped that effort, breaking away from several opponents before sending a banana kick just wide after five bounces.

Rawlings says Harvey’s prolonged success is no surprise.

"You come into a club and there was (Wayne) Carey, (John) Longmire, (Anthony) Stevens, (Glenn) Archer and all these guys, but Boomer as a 20, 21-year-old, the level of professionalism and how hard he trained really stood out," he added.

"As long as he keeps that speed and keeps injury free, I wouldn't be surprised if he got to 400 (games), at all.”
