North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos captain Emma Kearney faces a test to prove her fitness ahead of Friday night's qualifying final against Adelaide.
Kearney has not played since straining her right hamstring in the first quarter of Week 5's win over Richmond on September 29.
The high-grade injury has seen the eight-time All Australian miss the past five games as the Roos closed out an unbeaten home and away season, securing the minor premiership with Saturday's win over Gold Coast.
"Emma is ticking off a lot of boxes in her hamstring rehab," senior AFLW physiotherapist Billy Williams said.
"We'll look to make more firm decisions around her selection for Friday night as the week progresses."
Kearney's is the only injury concern facing the Roos ahead of Friday night's crunch game at Ikon Park.
The Kangaroos will hold an open training at Arden Street Oval from 10am on Wednesday, with fans encouraged to get down to the ground to show their support.
