Midfield bull George Wardlaw is among four inclusions for North Melbourne ahead of Sunday's match against the Western Bulldogs at Marvel Stadium.

Wardlaw, who earned his second Rising Star nomination in Round 2 this season, returns after missing last week's game against West Coast due to a concussion.

Defender Zac Fisher has shaken off a foot issue and has earned a recall, while winger Dylan Stephens returns to the side, having proved his fitness after he missed the match against the Eagles.

Key defender Kallan Dawson has also been selected for his 10th game of the season, having last played in Round 18's defeat to ladder-leaders Sydney.

Last year's Rising Star winner Harry Sheezel will miss the clash due to an ankle injury, as senior coach Alastair Clarkson confirmed  on Thursday.
