Sheezel (l) battles against Patrick Cripps at Marvel Stadium on Sunday

Harry Sheezel has delivered another perfect game, earning 10 AFL Coaches' Association Champion Player of the Year Award votes for his performance against Carlton.

Sheezel, who also polled the maximum 10 coaches' votes against Gold Coast in Round 17, had 34 touches and two goals as North Melbourne ran the second-placed Blues close at Marvel Stadium on Sunday.

It was further evidence of Sheezel's growing impact on games since being redeployed as a midfield and front half gamechanger, after he predominantly played at half-back in his Rising Star-winning debut season.

Tristan Xerri (11 clearances, 10 tackles, 43 hitouts) earned five votes against the Blues, continuing his excellent season as North Melbourne's first-choice ruck.

Midfield gun Luke Davies-Uniacke (23 disposals, nine clearances) also polled three votes from coaches Alastair Clarkson and Michael Voss.

He remains on top of the Kangaroos' leaderboard with a season tally of 51.
