The North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos added two exciting new prospects at Monday night's 2023 AFLW draft, while re-drafting utility Lucy Burke.

Here is what you need to know about the club's newest Roos.

Pick No.26 - Ella Slocombe

Described by North Melbourne AFLW list manager Flynn Loft as a "top-end talent", Slocombe is a game-breaking midfielder-forward.

She arrives at Arden Street from Western Australia, where she was among her state’s best while playing a variety of roles during this year's Under-18 National Championships.

"We are very excited to select her," Loft said.

Pick No.30 - Georgia Stubs

Explosive midfielder Stubs brings strength and speed to the Kangaroos, who selected her with their second pick on Monday night

She began her season at the Eastern Ranges playing off half-back before impressing as a key part of side’s midfield, while averaging 15 disposals across her three U18 games for Vic Metro.

With the ability to win her own footy and power away from stoppages, she has the potential to become an integral part of the Kangaroos' future centreline.

The Kangaroos re-selected utility Burke, having committed to re-drafting her when she was delisted earlier this month.

Burke originally joined the Kangaroos ahead of the 2023 season after veteran Danielle Hardiman announced her retirement.
