North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos midfielder Jasmine Garner has added more coaches' votes to her ever-growing 2023 tally.

Viewed as the home side's best player in its tight, two-point loss to Brisbane by Kangaroos coach Darren Crocker and Lions coach Craig Starcevich, Garner was awarded seven votes.

The No.25 was tough to combat from an opposition perspective, especially in the opening term when she gathered 10 disposals and kicked the game's first goal following a neat setup out of a stoppage from Ruby Tripodi.

Garner finished with 30 disposals, 657 metres gained, seven tackles, six clearances, and one goal assist to go with her fourth major of the year.

Fellow gun onballer Ash Riddell was the other Roo to earn votes, receiving two after collecting a game-high 31 possessions.

Natalie Grider (eight votes), Ally Anderson (five), Jade Ellenger (four), and Breanna Koenen (four) all polled for the visitors.
