Daniel Howe's standout performance against Essendon in the VFL has been rewarded with a game-high nine coaches' votes.

Howe's 30-disposal, nine-clearance and six-tackle effort helped the Kangaroos pull off a thrilling come-from-behind 11-point victory at the NEC Hangar.

He was one of five Roos to poll, with Tyler Sellers (five votes), Charlie Lazzaro (three), Aidan Corr (two) and Connor Downie (two) also receiving recognition.
