North Melbourne hosted a special LeasePlan 'Carn the Kids' school holiday football clinic at Aegis Park on Wednesday with more than 35 kids participating. Drew Petrie, Michael Firrito and 'Carn the Kids' Ambassador Jack Ziebell took the children through their paces with a variety of kicking, handballing and running drills.

13 year-old Doug Masteron worked extremely hard on the track all afternoon and said he loved learning more about footy from his favourite North Melbourne stars.

"I had heaps of fun today training with the players. My favourite part was kicking goals, I got all of them in," Masterson told kangaroos.com.au.

"I don't have one favourite player, I like all of them."

Today's clinic is just one example of the great work LeasePlan's Carn the Kids initiative is achieving in partnership with North Melbourne. In 2012, LeasePlan will hold more 'Fun Days Out' at four North Melbourne home matches; round seven versus the Western Bulldogs, round 15 versus West Coast, round 17 versus Carlton and Round 18 versus Melbourne.

LeasePlan's 'Carn the Kids' program provides fun days out for children in partnership with the Royal Children's Hospital, The CREATE Foundation, Camp Quality, Big Brothers Big Sisters, MacKillop Family Services, Mirabel and Variety just to name a few.
