On Thursday, North Melbourne assistant coach Shane Watson provided kangaroos.com.au with a unique insight into the inner workings of a football club by donning a microphone during the team's skill session.
"They keep doing it (training) well and working hard, so they'll get the benefits out of it for sure," Watson said at the conclusion of the marathon three hour session.
Watson was also candid in discussing the stand-outs of the day, singling out youngster Shaun Atley for praise.
