Shaun Atley has been outed by kangaroos.com.au as being the main instigator of a snowball fight which began shortly after the players and staff set off on a 4-hour hike on Sunday.

Hiding behind a balaclava in what some would describe as a 'cowardly act', Atley began piffing large snowballs at his teammates within minutes of departing the Stein Erikesen Lodge.

His hopes of remaining incognito were shattered when we obtained some incriminating photos of him grinning with delight after a direct hit.

In a crucial error, he removed his veil for a breather and his true identity was revealed.

However, Atley wasn't the only one caught on camera with captain Andrew Swallow busted for a savage hit on Lachlan Hansen when the forward's back was turned.

Walking down a small slope just metres from the accommodation's back door, Hansen was struck with a large snowball high on the shoulderblades.

As the chilly air-mailed gift expoloded, tiny snowflakes melted down his back and into his undies making the walk hard to cope with.

It's also come to light that gritty midfielder Levi Greenwood got involved in the act early.  These photos show the number 24 moulding and throwing a white ball of hate.

Tom Curran is also seen in the frame developing what appears to be a medium to large sized icy projectile.

Ben Mabon was also masked but kangaroos.com.au is unable to say if he threw any frozen cannonballs but we can confirm he was hit by at least thirteen.
