A debut for first-year forward Phoenix Spicer headlines one of three changes made by North Melbourne ahead of Sunday’s clash with Adelaide.

Phoenix Spicer will become Shinboner #1038 when he makes his debut on Sunday.

Spicer comes into the side off the back of some strong work in the VFL, with his pace and pressure catching David Noble’s eye over the course of the year.

Atu Bosenavulagi returns for his seventh game of the season, with the young defender impressing when given the opportunity.

A move into the backline ahead of 2021 has paid dividends for Bosenavulagi, who ranks seventh among rising stars for intercepts per game (4.5).

Shaun Atley also returns to the team, with the veteran defender adding some experience and run out of the back half of the ground.

Charlie Comben (clavicle) and Jack Ziebell (calf) will miss the clash through injury, while Bailey Scott has been omitted.
