North Melbourne’s inaugural best and fairest winner, Bruton possesses the ability to be a wizard on the wing, or a presence inside midfield.

Her intelligent timing allows her to burst through packs and into space to win the football time and time again. She rarely has trouble imposing herself on the game, and often fills the role of quiet achiever among the team’s strong onball brigade, however her ability to both win the football and provide an outlet to teammates is integral to the side's fortunes.

North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos debut: Round 1, 2019

2023: A pre-season calf injury saw the tough onballer miss the Roos' opening three fixtures. She returned in Round 4 and truly got going in the following match when she had 26 disposals and eight tackles against the Giants.

Her presence was enormous in the preliminary final, as she helped will the Kangas over the line into their maiden AFLW Grand Final. She garnered seven inside 50s, seven tackles, and a career-high 28 disposals.

An Achilles injury cruelly ended her Grand Final after only a few minutes, forcing her to watch from the bench as the Roos were overhauled.
