An AFL debut for Charlie Comben is one of two changes made by North Melbourne ahead of its clash with Sydney on Saturday.
Comben, who was drafted in the 2019 NAB AFL Draft, has put a horror run of injuries behind him to earn his place in the senior side.
After missing almost 18 months of football with stress fractures in his back and tibia, he’s made up for lost time since his return and will provide a strong marking target up forward.
Will Phillips is the other inclusion, with the young midfielder set to play his 13th game of the season.
Phillips collected a career-high 17 disposals against Geelong in his most recent senior game, while his efficient kicking inside 50 was an integral part of North’s Round 19 victory over Carlton.
Jack Mahony (shoulder) and Tom Campbell (omitted) make way for the pair.
