North Melbourne hosted its second North Network function for the season on Friday afternoon, with over 250 guests in attendance at Metropolis Events. 

The sell-out crowd enjoyed key-note addresses from AFL Premiership coach Paul Roos and his business partner, Gerard Murphy from Performance by Design, with Leadership and Culture in the Workplace the hot topic. 

Performance by Design delivers North’s leadership and culture programs within the football department, but also specialises in the corporate sector. Their ability to translate the theory in to practical skills to implement within their workplace was the highlight for guests.

North CEO, Ben Amarfio, addressed the audience about the club’s progression in recent times, and provided some special breaking news with the announcement of the Roos' record-breaking membership tally. 

The North Network, presented by Comwire IT has grown substantially in recent seasons with record membership this year. This is highlighted by 19 new members having joined the program in 2021 alone.

Focused on fantastic networking events and facilitated introductions alongside a range of other benefits, the club’s networking program is one of the fastest growing in the sports and entertainment industry.
