After going out of the side as a late withdrawal last week, Robin Nahas will make his return via the VFL on Saturday.
Nahas missed the clash against the Cats with a hamstring injury, and the good form of Kayne Turner and Taylor Garner means he’ll have to prove himself with North Ballarat.
The Roosters will boast a strong forward line for the match against Essendon at Windy Hill, with Lindsay Thomas set for his second consecutive game at the level.
Thomas worked hard last week without having a huge impact on the scoreboard and will be hoping to press his claims for a call-up.
Trent Dumont and Brad McKenzie are sure to be vital through the midfield, with Braydon Preuss lining in the ruck.
Down back, Joel Tippett and Max Warren will lead the charge.
At Werribee, Majak Daw and Mason Wood are set to be in action in the forward half, with Kieran Harper sure to be at their feet at every opportunity.
Through the middle, Will Fordham will look to continue his good recent form, while Eric Wallace has been a revelation in the ruck in recent weeks.
Luke McDonald is edging closer to a senior recall and another strong performance would do his chances no harm.
The Tigers are currently in seventh place and face a big task to overcome at third-placed Sandringham team.
