North Melbourne will go into Saturday night's season-opener against the Western Bulldogs unchanged after locking in its final team.

Co-vice captain Nick Larkey was battling a corked thigh during the week, but the star forward has been deemed fit to play.

The versatile Darcy Tucker has been named as the substitute in his 150th AFL game.

Young forward Jacob Konstanty is among five new Roos who will make their North Melbourne debuts against the Dogs.

He learned he would be making his AFL debut from his former captain at the Swans, Luke Parker, who arrived at Arden St in the same trade deal.
