The workshops will take place every weekend in April and participants will cover song writing, beat making, breaking and more.
RISE works with refugees, survivors and ex-detainees, providing advocacy, support and services. The Cypher Hip Hop Project will include interactive workshops which will equip participants with skills and knowledge of the core elements of hip hop.
Participants will have the opportunity to openly and creatively express their own identities, opinions and experiences through the creation of rhymes, beats and dance. For more information click here.
