The conditions were perfect on Monday and North’s first to four year players were again sweating it out during the start of their second week of pre-season training.

There was a focus on tackling during part of the session and the players enjoyed the early body contact.

Majak Daw executed his version of the chicken wing tackle on Cam Richardson - a technique that would have brought tears to the eyes of Leigh Adams. It took more than one to bring down Jack Ziebell while Shaun Atley enjoyed the opportunity to use his leg speed to avoid being caught.

As always, the day at Craigieburn ended with some testing running blocks and Will Sierakowski, Ryan Bastinac and Luke Delaney all performed strongly within their respective groups.
