More than a third of the North Melbourne team scored 90 points or more against Collingwood on Saturday night.

The Kangaroos were led by none other than Brent Harvey who now boasts five scores in a row of more than 100. He had a team-high 33 possessions containing 22 kicks.

A remarkable 11 marks for Harvey was the equal second-highest in his 343-game career and easily a season best. Harvey played well against Fremantle when the teams last met in 2011, but against a vastly different line-up.

Sam Gibson continues to churn out scores which would normally be attributed to a premium midfielder, not a first-year player. Another 118 points was his fourth century in as many weeks. All of a sudden coaches will be wondering whether they can afford to leave Gibson on the bench, such is the potency of his scoring.

After a quiet game against Tom Bellchambers and Essendon, Todd Goldstein bounced back to his best with 104 points from 18 disposals and 40 hit-outs.

Goldstein also found himself in more goal-scoring positions than normal against the Magpies and if that continues he could sneak an extra 15 to 20 points per game in the final fortnight of the regular season.

Liam Anthony was another to crack 100 despite having only 21 possessions. His ability to accumulate marks is proving very handy to the coaches who have the outside midfielder in the ranks. He has also been ultra-consistent over the last five weeks with scores of 113, 103, 101, 112 and now 103.

In his comeback from a month’s suspension Jack Ziebell scored 92 in just 76 per cent game time. Ziebell may see an increase in his time on ground and Dream Team scores in the next two weeks.
