24 disposals, 8 marks and 2 goals translated into a well-rounded fantasy game for Harvey. It leaves coaches with a tough choice given the 348-gamer is on the eve of his first price rise of the season.
While his average was less than 90 in 2012, Harvey strung together a streak of more than 100 points in five consecutive games late in the year, showing he still has the ability to be one of the best forward selections in the competition.
Last week NMFC.com.au highlighted the money-making potential of Aaron Black, and he again delivered for the 6,788 coaches who have the key forward in their side.
For his second price increase of the year, Black’s value skied by $30,000 due to a score of 71.
He currently sits at $274,600 with another extremely low breakeven ahead of him this week. Barring injury, Black’s price should go well past the $300k mark before he tops out in value.
One of the most popular selections in the game, Majak Daw ($230,300), also had a significant price rise. Despite a score of only 35, Daw’s price rose by $41,800, largely due to his three-figure score in Round 7 against the Western Bulldogs.
The 128 scored by Daw at Etihad Stadium stays in his three-week rolling average for one more round. It means the number 38 has a breakeven in the negatives for this week’s clash against Adelaide.
Todd Goldstein ($429,500) is one to watch out for if coaches are looking to strengthen their ruck division. In three career games against the Crows, Goldstein averages more than 40 hit-outs.
