Andrew Swallow polls five
Captain Andrew Swallow was one of the few shining lights in North Melbourne’s loss to Fremantle.
Bouncing back from a quiet game against the Gold Coast, Swallow collected 33 possessions (17 contested), 8 clearances, 8 tackles and 5 rebound 50’s in just 79 per cent of game time.
After polling votes four times in the first six rounds of the season, the captain’s five votes are his first since the victory over Port Adelaide.
He retains a narrow seven vote lead among the Kangaroos’ players from Jack Ziebell in second place.
