Hawthorn will be sweating on the fitness of Brad Sewell and Brent Guerra, with both needing to pass tests to be available for Sunday’s clash

Sewell has missed the last two games due to a hamstring injury, while Guerra missed Round 4 due to soreness.

“It’s really critical that we make sure all our hamstring type injuries are really looked after,” Hawks’ football manager told the club's website.

“He’s (Sewell) getting a lot closer, but we want to make sure he’s 100 per cent ready to go.”

Guerra had 24 possessions when the teams last met in Round 10, 2012.

“With Brent (Guerra), it was a bit about general body soreness. He’ll be up for a test this week.”

Ryan Schoenmakers has been ruled out for the rest of the season after rupturing his anterior cruciate ligament, while Brian Lake is likely to make his debut for the club.
