9. Andrew Swallow
Swallow was North's leading clearance-winner with seven and finished with 24 disposals, despite a tough night for the midfielders.
11. Luke McDonald
McDonald played a big role in getting North back into the game in the third term, and had a career-high 31 disposals for the match.
18. Shaun Atley
Atley provided plenty of run and drive, something many of his teammates were unable to replicate.
He had 18 touches, rebounded the ball from the defensive 50 on four occasions and got it into the forwards at the other end three times.
30. Jarrad Waite
Like the Suns' Tom Lynch, Waite loomed as a potential match-winner with his 19 disposals, four goals, seven inside 50s and six tackles.
Unfortunately he ended the night on the bench due to injury, and was sorely missed when the game was in the balance late.
42. Declan Mountford
Handed the almighty task of taking on Gary Ablett in game 300, Mountford held his own.
While Ablett found plenty of the footy, Mountford was able to limit his impact on the game.
The youngster finished with 17 possessions and an impressive ten tackles.
