Todd Goldstein has again shot up the leaderboard in the AFLCA Champion Player of the Year.
Another standout performance against the Bombers saw the North big man awarded a perfect ten from the coaches, Brad Scott and James Hird, moving him to 62 votes for the year.
Goldstein amassed 27 disposals to go with 56 hit-outs in what many described as one of the most dominant performances from a ruckman in recent years.
Polling for the eighth time this season, Goldstein (62 votes) is now just 13 votes behind Dan Hannebery, who sits in second place, but still has a lot of work to do to catch up to the Dockers’ Nat Fyfe on 100 votes.
A big last quarter from Jack Ziebell in attack catapulted him into the votes, polling three for his 23 disposals and three goals.
Also among the best was Nick Dal Santo, who registered two votes for his 34-possession haul across half-back.
Ben Brown’s four goal performance and Ben Jacobs’ tagging role on Dyson Heppell were enough to earn them a vote each.
