Riding high after a solid outing for Werribee last week, players on the cusp of an AFL recall or debut including Cam Pedersen, Levi Greenwood (if not activated as NMFC emergency), Ben McKinley, Ben Warren, Ayden Kennedy, Ben Speight, Will Sierakowski and Majak Daw will be looking to break the Kangaroos’ match committee door down with just two weeks remaining before finals.

North Melbourne still has to cement its spot in the AFL finals but if all goes well, positions may open up for the last rounds of the season. Therefore, now is the time to push hard for a call-up.

Werribee will face a capable Northern Blues outfit in the VFL, after easily accounting for North Ballarat last week. The Blues have had some good wins this season, taking down the ladder-leaders the Casey Scorpions a few weeks back. The Tigers on the other hand, will definitely be playing at the business end of the year and sit 4th on the ladder.

With just one player on North Melbourne’s emergency list in Greenwood, Werribee could have a similar lineup to last week.

North Ballarat has the bye and will struggle to make the finals currently in 9th spot.

The Tigers' match will be streamed live on the VFL website from 1.50pm EST on Sunday - click here to watch
