North Melbourne rookie Max Warren has been promoted to the club’s senior list, following on from his strong form in the VFL.
Warren, 22, was selected with pick 10 in the 2011 Rookie Draft and debuted in 2014.
He was delisted at the end of the 2014 season, before the Roos re-rookied him soon after.
“It’s a really good feeling for me,” Warren told NMFC.com.au.
“It happened once last year for me as well (promotion to senior list), but I think it’s just a bit of a reward for effort so I’m looking forward to it.”

Warren has plied his trade as a defender throughout the 2015 season with VFL affiliate North Ballarat, but moved further up the field onto a wing in Sunday’s match against the Northern Blues.
“I’ve probably done pretty much all that I can in the VFL in the defender role, so it was about showing that I can play a different role for the team," Warren said.
