It was a test of endurance for North’s draftees on day three of First Year Camp.

Venturing out from Sorrento, the Roos’ youngsters pedaled their way to Point Nepean National Park, only stopping to rehydrate on a warm day.

From there, it was all about hills. Bike down, bike up, run up, run down the pattern as the players were pushed to exhaustion.

After seven circuits, and countless kilometres travelled, it was time for a rest. But not before Oscar Junker claimed victory as the first to finish.
