Ryan Clarke is set to make his AFL debut, called up as a late inclusion in place of Nick Dal Santo.

Dal Santo was ruled out due to illness when the Roos submitted their final team, 90 minutes before Sunday's clash against the Eagles.

Clarke has had a strong first season with Werribee, after joining the club via the 2015 AFL Draft.

The 19-year-old is known for his ability to find the ball through the midfield, as well as his tireless work ethic around the ground.
