North Melbourne will once again host Good Friday footy in 2020, with the Western Bulldogs returning to join the Roos in the blockbuster clash.
“Good Friday is an amazing occasion to be a part of, and being involved for the fourth year in a row is a really exciting prospect,” Jack Ziebell told North Media.
“It’s about something much larger than footy, as we do what we can to support families and children going through some really difficult times.
“Spending the week working with the Royal Children’s Hospital is really rewarding, and is something we look forward to.
“It’s a cause everyone can get behind, and makes us appreciate what we have and what we can do.”
The Roos faced the Bulldogs in the inaugural Kick for the Kids in 2017, with clashes against St Kilda (2018) and Essendon (2019) following.
“To be able to share this round with the Bulldogs again will be great. They were tremendous in helping to promote the occasion in its first year, and we look forward to doing the same in 2020,” Ziebell said.
“On the field, it was a great game, and we will be looking to get one back on them after such a close loss in 2017.”
The match will take place at 4:20pm on Friday, April 10, and will be broadcast live on Channel 7.
