He was the dominant forward on the day, and Ben Brown’s performance against Melbourne has been recognised with a perfect 10 from the coaches.
Five goals against the Demons took his season goal tally to 26, only five off the lead in the Coleman Medal.
The 10 votes he received for his strong performance on Sunday sees him with the second most votes for the Kangaroos, behind midfielder Ben Cunnington.
Cunnington also polled against Melbourne, his eight votes coming after 26 disposals and eight clearances, despite suffering a knee injury early in the match.
