For AFLW recruit Mo Hope, Arden Street already feels like home.
The mercurial forward has joined a plethora of established names, who will don the royal blue and white for the first time when the North Melbourne Tasmanian Kangaroos enter the AFLW in 2019.
The 30-year-old admits that the move to North has given her a different perspective on her football journey.
“I haven’t even played a game for this club and I love it,” Hope told North Media.
“I’m fighting to get myself physically and mentally ready because it’s a club that I’ve fallen in love with.
“I think every interaction I’ve had with this club has made me fall in love with the club and made me want to play football again, and that’s pretty exciting.
“I already love the club that I play for.”
Hope played 13 games for Collingwood over the first two seasons of the AFLW competition, booting 15 goals, before moving to North in the May signing period.
She is set to play a key role in the Roos’ inaugural AFLW side, alongside key signings Emma Kearney, Jasmine Garner and Kaitlyn Ashmore.
